Alyssa Nastasi- îs a 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), Reiki Master, and Elementary School Teacher.
Her yoga journey began in 2021 after graduating from SUNY Oneonta, where she earned her bachelor's degree in elementary education. The summer of 2021 was the beginning of her self-healing journey. What started as a path back to herself became a sacred devotion- one she continues to walk with intention.
Alyssa completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Bali in 2022, where she deepens her relationship with yoga as a sacred practice of self-discovery, presence, and inner transformation.
In 2023, she became a Reiki Master, further expanding her understanding of energetic healing. She completed her 300-hour yoga teacher training through Breathe For Change in 2024, and in 2025, she earned a Master's Degree of Education in Yoga, Mindfulness, and Social-Emotional Learning.
Alyssa believes that yoga created sacred space to soften, release, and gently return home to ourselves. Teaching is a calling that flows through every part of her life. As a lifelong learner, she is passionate about creating inclusive, intentional spaces where all feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow on their mats, in the classroom, and beyond.
