Ashley Rutledge- Is an IIN Certified Health Coach and SAH(TM) Method Somatic Dance Instructor. She uses somatic dance to build awareness and presence in the body. Using breath work, affirmations, meditation, and dance, she helps to explore our inner worlds. All emotions and sensations are welcome on the dance floor where they will be met in a safe container to be metabolized; leaving us feeling lighter, more energized and with a lasting sense of peace.
Students can expect moderate cardio activity and Weill be offered plenty of opportunities for rest and modification.
