Celebrate International Day of Peace with a special Slow Flow yoga class in support of peace for Ukraine at the First Reformed Church of Schenectady. This all-level practice will guide you through gentle movements and mindful breathing, creating a serene space for inner reflection and collective healing. Join us as we come together on the mat to support peace in Ukraine, with all proceeds benefiting relief efforts. Following the yoga session, there will be a dharma talk and luncheon reception with catering from Maria's Cafe. Additionally, we will have door raffle prizes, a silent auction, and a basket raffle, generously supported by various community businesses.
This fundraiser aims to directly support the frontline and humanitarian aid groups that Alpine Dignity works with during their volunteer trips. |
