Adaptive
This class is designed for students with a variety of needs who are looking for a safe place to experience the multiple benefits of yoga. These benefits would include increased flexibility, greater sense of balance, moderate strengthening, and the ability to be present in themselves in the breath to achieve the optimum degree of healing in each experience whether in a yoga class or in the world.
Kripalu
Kripalu Yoga is a soothing yet dynamic practice - spontaneous, flowing, and meditation-orientated. The Sanskrit word Kripalu means compassion. Poses might be held for a longer period, relative to some other styles, so one can explore both the physical and emotional sensations of the posture. By focusing inward each student is encouraged to find his or her own path and level of challenge.
Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is one of the gentlest forms of yoga available. Students perform postures and breathing exercises with the aid of a chair. Students can experience the many benefits of yoga without having to get up or down from the floor. Benefits include increased balance, strength, flexibility, range of motion, and stress reduction.
Yin & Restorative
Rest, restore and recharge as you engage in the complementary practices of Yin and restorative yoga. This all-levels class will start with a restorative posture as we come to a meditative state and reconnect to our breath. After a brief warmup, we will move into a Yin sequence, ending with a restorative savasana. Yin yoga is primarily a passive practice that targets the body’s connective tissues, while avoiding muscle engagement. Greater flexibility, increased range of motion and improved energy flow are achieved by holding seated or reclined poses for an extended period of time (3-5 minutes). Props may be used to help access Yin postures if desired.
Rest & Restore
For this online class you will be guided through Restorative Yoga and a Yoga Nidra meditation to rest your mind and restore your well-being. Practicing Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra is helpful for reducing stress, anxiety, encouraging better sleep and supporting overall wellness. This class is also beneficial in complementing more active styles of yoga and for those who seek to complement their active yoga practice by supporting rest in the body. This class is appropriate for beginners to advanced yoga students.
Explore & Restore
A slow flow class to invite awareness and ease to the start of your week. Each class will open and close with a pranayama (breathing) practice, cultivating deep presence and fostering a joyful connection to the body through the breath. Students will be guided through a gentle vinyasa flow, bringing opening to different areas of the body and encouraging playfulness and exploration. Class will end with a calming cool down, utilizing props to find stillness in asanas that restore.
Light Body Yoga
This practice encourages a recognition of our bodies as light, which is both conscious and intelligent aspects of who we are. Through breath, movement and stillness, along with guided, mantra and silent meditations we will cultivate an imaginal realm of being within the physical and non physical aspects of our being towards a cultivation of Samadhi in everyday life.
HIIT Yoga Fusion
Get the best of both worlds, half HIIT and half yoga! The class begins with a warm up, followed by a quick 30 min HIIT workout (high intensity interval training ) . Once the muscles are warm, we do a deep stretch, cool down, and finish with a refreshing savasana. The HIIT Yoga Fusion Class is designed for the HIIT enthusiast who wants to incorporate more deep stretching, or the yogi practitioners who want to increase their strength and cardiovascular endurance.
Happy Hips
This class is focused on postures that increase the mobility of the hips, including strengthening and lengthening the muscles and tissues around the hips. This class is great for people who have restrictions or pain in the hips, knees, and/or ankles and for people looking to increase their hip range of motion and flexibility. All levels are welcome.
Kundalini
Kundalini yoga is an invigorating practice that combines breath work, meditation, singing/chanting and movement. In this 60 minute class, you will engage in a practice filled with movement and breathing to energize and build heat. This is an ancient practice with many physical benefits, such as stress relief.

Candlelight Slow Flow
Take a moment, breathe, settle your mind and body, let go—all by the soft glow of candlelight. In this class, we will practice slowing down our breath, our bodies and our minds. Candlelight Slow Flow will begin with a series of grounding and centering poses, move through more active poses to gradually build heat and balance within the body and then slowly warming down to an extended savasana.
Strong Vinyasa
An energizing vinyasa class that builds heat quickly, with an emphasis on breath and alignment. For all levels, modifications available, come build balance, strength, & flexibility.
Vinyasa Flow
During this hour-long class, we will be taking you through the physical practice of yoga. You will learn the fundamentals of a vinyasa flow, how to use your ujjayi breath, improve your balance, and test the boundaries of your comfortable edge. If you're someone who loves the physical practice or wants to get more into your physical practice, this is the class for you!
Vinyasa
Vinyasa Yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures coordinated with each breath. This class will challenge you with some basic vinyasa flows integrated with twists, backbends, balancing poses and a guided savasana for a complete practice. Some experience with Yoga and being able to do Downward Facing Dog is recommended.
Yoga for Strong Bones
This 4 week series is for anyone looking to maintain or improve their bone health. Classes will focus on increasing strength, improving posture and developing better balance, aiding in the prevention of falls and fractures. We will practice the 12 primary poses identified by Dr Loren Fishman to raise bone mineral density, helping to prevent or reverse osteopenia and osteoporosis.
Salsana
Join Alithia for a special 60 minute yoga class with Latin music and dance movements. Whether you are new to Latin dancing or are experienced, this class is guaranteed to leave you with a smile while generating some heat. The class with be filled with movement and some basic dance steps, but mostly smiles and laughs. Come flow to the music of classic artists like Celia Cruz, Tito Puente and other artists, such as Marc Anthony.
Yoga Sound Fusion
Join us as we meld yoga and sound together for this 60 minute all levels vinyasa class. You will be bathed in the sounds of gongs and crystal bowls while flowing through poses and engaging in breath and mindful practices. Bring your mat, a towel and water.
