​Adaptive

This class is designed for students with a variety of needs who are looking for a safe place to experience the multiple benefits of yoga. These benefits would include increased flexibility, greater sense of balance, moderate strengthening, and the ability to be present in themselves in the breath to achieve the optimum degree of healing in each experience whether in a yoga class or in the world.

Kripalu

Kripalu Yoga is a soothing yet dynamic practice - spontaneous, flowing, and meditation-orientated. The Sanskrit word Kripalu means compassion. Poses might be held for a longer period, relative to some other styles, so one can explore both the physical and emotional sensations of the posture. By focusing inward each student is encouraged to find his or her own path and level of challenge.

Sunday Surrender

Sunday Night Surrender 75 min Yoga class offers a slower paced practice in a relaxed, non competitive setting. This practice creates a balance in the body by developing strength and flexibility, enhancing mental focus, reducing stress and improving overall health. The class begins with breathing and centering exercises, is set to fun and/or soothing music and ends with a relaxation that is accompanied by light massage/adjustments using essential oils...if Covid protocol allow. This class is accessible to people of all sizes, ages and fitness levels. Modifications will be provided so that you may practice at your own level of experience. Please bring a yoga mat, small towel and water to class.

Joyful Hatha

Take a pause from your day to soak up a little sweetness in this relaxing and rejuvenating yoga class. As we slow the flow down, you can foster a strong and safe yoga practice, with an emphasis on fundamentals and proper alignment. You will engage your mind, body and spirit through breath work, movement and guided meditation. This class will focus on building strength and flexibility, improving balance and range of motion, dissolving tension, and creating a deep sense of well-being that will stay with you long after you leave the mat. This is a mixed-levels class and beginners are welcome.

Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is one of the gentlest forms of yoga available. Students perform postures and breathing exercises with the aid of a chair. Students can experience the many benefits of yoga without having to get up or down from the floor. Benefits include increased balance, strength, flexibility, range of motion, and stress reduction.

Yin Yoga
In yin yoga we target the connective tissues, such as ligaments and fascia, along with the energetic systems of the body, bringing the body into balance and increasing it’s natural range of motion. Most poses are done while seated or lying down and are held in stillness for 3-5 minutes. This practice will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed and restored.
Rest and Restore
For this online class you will be guided through Restorative Yoga and a Yoga Nidra meditation to rest your mind and restore your well-being. Practicing Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra is helpful for reducing stress, anxiety, encouraging better sleep and supporting overall wellness.
This class is also beneficial in complementing more active styles of yoga and for those who seek to complement their active yoga practice by supporting rest in the body.
 This class is appropriate for beginners to advanced yoga students.

Core Flow
Our Core Flow Vinyasa classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness. Vinyasa translates to “flowing with breath" is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga which joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice.

Happy Hour Vinyasa
Vinyasa flow classes are mixed level classes that link breath and movement together, help individuals find alignment that works in their bodies and combine strength with flexibility. Each class offers a unique combination of poses, designed by our amazing teachers.

Feel Good Yoga Flow
“Find what feels good” is the motto of this class. You will be led through foundational yoga postures to strengthen and align the body. The class also emphasizes the importance of mobility and functional movement to increase your range of motion in the body. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. During classes, you will experience standing and seated postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.  Leave class feeling good! Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated.

Inner Power Flow
Inner power is the quiet force within that knows when to act and when to move and gives you the strength to do so. Our Power Flow is a series of creative sequences meant to create heat in the body.  This class integrates more challenging postures in faster flows, designed to cultivate strength, flexibility and deeper self awareness. You will join mind, body and breath, leaving you feeling centered, strong and refreshed.  
HIIT Yoga Fusion
Get the best of both worlds, half HIIT and half yoga! The class begins with a warm up, followed by a quick 30 min HIIT workout (high intensity interval training ) . Once the muscles are warm, we do a deep stretch, cool down, and finish with a refreshing savasana. The HIIT Yoga Fusion Class is designed for the HIIT enthusiast who wants to incorporate more deep stretching, or the yogi practitioners who want to increase their strength and cardiovascular endurance. We'll use traditional yoga poses and body weight movements in order to condition the body, burn calories, and strengthen the core. The class is suitable for all levels with plenty of  modifications to meet your needs. You will work up a sweat, please bring a little towel and water!
