Usui Reiki
Reiki is an energy-based healing practice that is rooted in the awareness that all entities have life force energy that flows through - and radiates from - the Self. The word Reiki is composed of two Japanese characters, rei, meaning universal spirit, and ki, meaning vital life energy. When we experience physical discomfort or disease, it is an indicator that we also have blockages to the free flow of Ki. |

In your Usui Reiki Level 1 training, you will be introduced to the history and main principles of Reiki. You will learn the basic hand positions for treatment and have the opportunity to practice using Reiki on yourself and others during the training.

If you have been attuned and certified in Usui Reiki Level 1, you are invited to continue the journey onto Level 2. The Usui system of Reiki is the most effective way to transfer Universal Life Energy. Having been "attuned" to Reiki (in Level 1), this course is for those ready to deepen their healing abilities for the Self and others.
In this course, you will receive three healing symbols that will do the following: strengthen the effects of Reiki for you and bring protection to others; bring your mental and emotional healing to a deeper level; allow Reiki to travel over time and space so you can send Reiki to people, places, and situations from a distance.
In Level 2, you also learn how to create sacred Reiki space, so that wherever you go, you and your partners are protected. Students will learn Healing chair sessions and practice giving them to each other. Finally, you will receive your Level 2 Reiki attunement. Upon your successful completion of Level 2, you will be certified as Usui Reiki Practitioner.
Prerequisite: Students who have successfully completed Usui Reiki Level 1

Having been "attuned" to Reiki (in Level 1 and 2), this course is for those ready to deepen their healing abilities -- for the self and others.
What Level 3 Reiki entails:
Prerequisite: Students who have successfully completed Usui Reiki Level 2
After a successful completion of Level 3, you will then have the opportunity to pursue your Reiki Master (Level 4).

- Charging crystals and stones using the Reiki symbols
- Using the Reiki Grid
- Using distance healing (future or physical distance)
- Using, "reiki claws," "reiki psychic surgery," and removing hooks
- Previewing the 3 Reiki Master Symbols
- ART Attunement
Prerequisite: Students who have successfully completed Usui Reiki Level 2
After a successful completion of Level 3, you will then have the opportunity to pursue your Reiki Master (Level 4).

Regina is a Usui Reiki Master, Energy Practitioner and Senior Meditation Teacher through the American Meditation Society (AMS). She also coordinates and teaches classes in Self I-Dentity through Ho’oponoponoÒ, an ancient Hawaiian practice updated for modern life by Kahuna Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona.
Regina began meditating following a stroke that nearly took her life and temporarily paralyzed her. To find some relief from the pain, she sought out two wonderful meditation teachers—Merrill and Tamaji Harmin (both now transitioned). The Harmin’s, in turn, had studied with Gururaj Ananda Yogi, a Spiritual Master who founded the American Meditation Society, and other not for profits in many countries. Merrill and Tamaji (along with other students), were brilliant archivists, and thanks to them we have hundreds of Gururaj’s satsangs, covering topics both wide and deep, and all rooted in the identification of Nonduality. Regina’s spiritual practices are her way of life, and guide her through challenging life experiences with balance. She is so grateful to know that she can experience the “Peace that passeth all understanding,” and so can everyone! Her spiritual name—Sarayam—was given to her 20 years ago from Divinity, and its meaning translates into: Peace Begins With Me. Regina understands all of her experiences—and the meanings they hold—begin and end with her. A Peaceful experience, and a Peaceful life, and a Peaceful universe, requires a Peaceful state of Mind. |

Reiki was developed in the 1920’s by Mikao Usui, a Japanese Buddhist monk, who received the Reiki healing system after a 21-day period of meditation, fasting, and prayer in a cave on Mount Kurama. As a relatively new healing modality, it has had tremendous success among both eastern and western healers. Reiki is a form of biofield energy that eases the physical and emotional traumas and illnesses which restrict the natural flow of Ki (life force energy) through the body. Through the flow of Ki, Reiki rejuvenates, de-stresses, and supports the body’s ability to heal itself. Its results are always positive, and cause no harm. Regina was introduced to Reiki after suffering from a “broken heart” and chronic hives in the aftermath of 9/11. Reiki was able to shift her blocked chakras, and she once again received healing Ki flowing through her. Her symptoms disappeared. Years later, after choosing to follow a spiritual path, Regina completed her Reiki Master Certification and became a Usui Reiki Practitioner and Instructor. Regina looks forward to sharing the gift of Reiki, and teaching a new class of Reiki practitioners and healers!
