This exclusive program invites you to embark on a transformative journey, guiding you through 25 invigorating days of yoga practice, Monday through Friday, starting at 6:30 am.

A fitness enthusiast since childhood, Sarah was introduced to yoga in 2008 as a way to reduce injuries from competitive sports. She instantly connected to the physical aspects of yoga and loved challenging herself with fun poses and handstands. In 2015, Sarah found a new connection to yoga that extended far beyond the asanas.

FAQ
Where are the classes located?
Our Rise & Shine Classes will be indoors at our studio location, 1 North Church Street Schenectady Ny 12305.
What Should i Bring?
All you need is a mat and water. Since we are outdoors optional items you might want to consider are sunscreen, a towel, and bug spray.
What happens If it rains?
If the weather looks prohibitive or classes move inside to our beautiful studio! The Inner Bliss studio is located at 1 N. Church in Schenectady. Better known as the Stockade Inn. Emails will be sent to make you aware of any change of location.
